I bought an F20 116i from Mark, and from the get-go he was friendly & communicative. Upon meeting him this continued as he was informative & pretty much left no questions unanswered. The car was certainly reasonably priced and there was no hidden damage or flaws from the advert.
One thing that I appreciated about Mark's dealership is the fact (at least in my case) he didn't clean the engine bay intentionally; he shared my mindset in the sense that this way there isn't any concern that an oil or fluid leak is being hidden.
Unfortunately there was a power issue with the car, however I don't blame Mark for that, as I didn't notice it myself on the test drive, but I did days later with general long distance trips to work.
However don't let this dissuade you; Mark has been understanding and helpful while resolving this, and infact he's gone above & beyond for myself. Once again he's communicative and will always call you back when he says he will; you don't have to pester him like you do with other people!
